Site Maintenance Plan

If you have a website that you are moving to our server but no longer have a web designer to keep it up to date, or whether you bought one of our hosting packages, created a site, but don't find the time to keep it updated, then why not get the maintenance plan to add onto your present hosting package?

The Maintenance Plan works out at R200/hour which is billed in 15 minute segments*. We keep this separate from the Hosting when ordering as people are often not sure as to whether they will need it when initially signing up. If you find that you are in need, just contact our Webmaster and we will add the Plan to your present Package.

Site Maintenance is defined as small updates and changes that take place from time to time, such as an offer you may be running and want to display it on the front page, or text that you want to change. This does not include a complete redesign of your web site, for that you will need to see the Web Design Packages.

*A time sheet is kept on a per minute basis. When billing is calculated at the end of the month, this is done in 15 minute segments. As an example, if we do 5 minutes of updates in a month, you will be billed for 15 minutes, not 1 hour which a lot of other companies are doing. Therefore your site maintenance fee for that month would be R50.

Addon Domains

This is a new domain registration which you can add-on to your existing account. The way to do this is to first go into your cPanel, go to Domains and click on Addon Domains. Type in the new domain name, give it a password and click Add Domain. Next you will need to email us and ask us to register that domain with the registrar.

The fee for Addon Domains is only the annual domain registration fee, it is shared with your account and your hosting, and is therefore only available on the Unlimited Hosting.

Please note this is not a subdomain. A subdomain would have a URL such as http://subdomain.yoursite.com where is an Addon is a straight URL, i.e. you would have your primary account domain of http://primaryurl.com and the Addon Domain as a secondary, tertiary, etc. as in http://secondaryurl.com
